“Better than expected”
Turned out to be a fully functioning private studio. Very well equipped, good AC and an internet connection suitable for working. Nice, helpful and watchful Owners. You even have your own private terrace where you can dry your clothes if you wish. Mostly peaceful at night, even though there is a busy foot path next to the apartment and a mosque across the street. Very comfortable bed - I slept well. Most importantly - the water is always on, as they have their own cistern.
