“The taste of Qunu, EC pride”
I liked how comfortable bed and pillows were. There was a soft, warm extra blanket. The hosting family was very helpful. Special thanks to Ayakha, a young lady going an extra mile to ensure my comfort. The host wanted to give all her guests meallies and strawberries. Is that not great enough?

“Open spaces and Nelson Mandela's home a stone's throw and Museum only 3kms away”
As someone who lives in the city, it was very refreshing to wake up to open spaces, Nelson Mandela's residence a stone's throw away, and we hiked to the museum which is 3km away. Zoe showed us her organic vegetable garden, and we got a chance to take selfies with sheep and goats 🐐 passing by. Beautiful view from the verandah, I loved it.

This place saved us! We were on our way to Bulungula but got lost along the way. It was getting dark and due to poor road conditions because of recent storms we decided to head back and stay here. Qunu heritage home helped us very well for our unannounced stay. Communication is great and they made sure we could find there location. They also phone called the lodge in Bulungula without us asking, to make sure we were well on our way the next day. It was very clean! We could cook here. And I recommend it to anyone who needs a stop in between to coffee bay or bulungula. They made us feel save and we were very happy we could stay with them. We are traveling with a two year old toddler and family. Thank you for your excellent service!
