it was clean and hygienic, and hot water was available day and night which was very convenient considering the weather wasn’t pleasant.

I didn't like the fact that I booked twin beds for 2 guys and when they arrived they were told to pay R100 extra for twin beds. This was not stipulated on the online booking.
