Wifi password wasn't correct. Staff didn't know what the right password was and didn't attempt to find out what it was. We were traveling for a funeral, and are IHG members. We requested a late check out and we're told the hotel policy is not to allow late check out. The hotel itself was only at 30% capacity. We have stayed at many Holiday Inn ExPresses over the years. One of the perks staying at a Holiday Inn is the free breakfast. The breakfast at this hotel was exceptionally poor. There were no pancakes as the pancake machine was broken. They didn't have muffins, waffles or juice. The breakfast basically consisted of egg omelets, over cooked, dries out chicken sausage, cereal and toast. It was a very disappointing stay.
