Lovely area, very scenic right by the water. Accommodation was lovely, very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was great - very tasty. Host was friendly and made us feel welcome - gave advice about what to visit in area.

Personable and friendly staff who went beyond to inform and cater to needs. Homely feel, especially back garden. Spacious room and very comfortable. Gorgeous beach just across road (a very busy one). Pleasant walk to a variety of delightful cafes and restaurants, also supermarket etc. Good wineries nearby.

The location on the esplanade was just a short walk across the road and down the hill to the beach, and just a km or so from the shops, perfect. The room really had the wow factor, a heritage vide, spacious, with a well furnished sitting room and large bathroom. The breakfast of two cereals with strawberries and blueberries, an automatic coffee machine that ground fresh beans, café style fruit toast and bread, along with fresh fruit salad and bakery pastries, was ideal for us.

We had a wonderful stay while we visited family in the area. Breakfast was yummy and the hosts were delightful. We had the garden room out the back and felt very relaxed.

The whole place was attractive with quality furnishings and fittings. It was lovely having a kitchenette in our room and having easy access to the communal kitchen and breakfast room at all times. The continental breakfast was of a good standard. The location is great for exploring the Mornington Peninsula or for staying in the area with Mornington and Mt Martha close-by.

Espresso Coffee and continental breakfast was excellent with many options to select. Angelo was very friendly and had great local restaurant and tourism tips.

Angelo and Denise were so welcoming. Lovely to talk to. An incredible spot right on the beach. Short walk to get coffee. Easy drive or Uber into Mornington. Breakfast was wonderful. Cereals and granola with yoghurt and fruit, toast, crossaints, banana bread, coffee.

Mt Martha is quite central for touring the Peninsula & the house is quite near to shops & cafes etc. Angelo was the perfect host; very helpful with recommendations but he also respected our privacy. Breakfast was very good; cereals, fresh fruits, plenty of breads for toast & each morning he had something different for us eg croissants, spanakopita etc. Everything was clean & the bedroom & bathroom were large & comfortable.
