Its an amazing place that you can find around Mount Lavina with an amazing sea view from the living room balcony itself… most importantly the owner is very polite and welcoming which made our stay more pleasant… would definitely recommend this place to anyone and will definitely be back soon 😊 also the guy who was at the guard room was very helpful and friendly and welcoming.. towards everyone. The apartment was spacious, clean, and fully furnished. The kitchen was well-equipped, and both the ocean and city views were stunning. The owner, Fizer, was very friendly and helpful, facilitating early check-in and late check-out for us. The building was secure, and it only took us a few minutes to walk to the beach and nearby restaurants. We enjoyed a gorgeous sunset while comfortably relaxing in the living room. I would definitely return and recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable, peaceful, and enjoyable stay at the beaches in Colombo. It truly is one of the best places to stay in Colombo!

Our experience at Blue Ocean is a remarkable one. Our holiday went smoothly. The apartment is very comfortable and secure. The location is perfect. The sea view and sunset view were very relaxing. The owner was very responsive and always ready to assist. The staff were good, very polite and always welcoming us with a smile. A wonderful place for a large family or a large company. For little money we got three bedrooms, a huge living room with a fully equipped kitchen and two toilets with showers. Very convenient parking for a car and, of course, a wonderful swimming pool on the top eighth floor. The apartments are located very close to a large convenient beach with many cafes and restaurants where we had the opportunity to eat deliciously and varied. Amazing cleanliness and order in the apartments, corridors, elevator and parking. Very welcoming and friendly staff who responded to all our requests. We recommend!

The location was ideal and was very close to the beach. We could go for a walk every morning. The pool was empty so we could use it like a private pool. There was no one else there. The security Dananjaya was very helpful. The host didn't even charge for the early check in and he was very hospitable.

The location was brilliant we were next to the beach and the apartment felt like home from home. The security guys were really friendly really made you feel welcome. The host went above and beyond to met all our needs during our stay from taxis to tour guide information to even giving me a ride to medical centre when poorly. I would total recommend this place to anyone who wants a good nights sleep being close to the beach as well as other great tourist attractions I will certainly be going back.
