“Stayed here for the MTB Nationals. The accommodation had everything we needed and was ideally locate”
Stayed here for the MTB Nationals. It had all the amenities we needed and was conveniently close to event registration and the trails. A great place to stay—ideal for both exploring the area and competing.

“Nice location nice restaurant with breakfast. No WIFI and bad staff experience”
WiFi did not work at all. I had to work through my holiday so it was crucial. I asked the staff who were the least helpful - they seem like they knew everyone has more than enough mobile data so did not be bothered too much. So when I stopped complaining about both WiFi in the room and public area did not work, they looked like glad to get rid of me. The reception staff and restaurant manager were seem like they did not want to be in service industry at all. It was not the best experience but all other staff - restaurant serving and cleaning staff were super nice.

We ate dinner at restaurant it was awesome.the price is not that cheap but I satisfied quality and amount even the price was a bit expensive. After check out reception suggested us to take a rest at kids room or governor room.which was very comfortable for our small kids.

“Homely 1970’s accommodation and poor value for money”
The location was the best about the property. Dinner at The Whitt restaurant was really good. The bar is comfortable and decent range of drinks.

The location is fantastic, as it is very close to everything and easily accessible via the shuttle bus from Horse Hill Park. The staff is amazing and very kind. The room was clean and warm, which is exactly what you need after a day of skiing! 😅 However, the toilet was quite cold.

“Fantastic, would recommend”
Breakfast was great, location was excellent, opposite the ski school. Staff were incredibly helpful. There was also free laundry facilities which were a bonus although so popular we couldn’t use it. Kids room was a great facility when the younger kids had had enough of skiing for the day. Drying room fur gear was great especially after a day of sleet.

This is a multi level building which has an ala carte restaurant . One of the family was sick and the wonderful restaurant staff took them a meal in bed ❤️ amazing service . It’s nearer the summit so you are a few minutes from everything I would recommend it for families
