“I didn't stay, the rude owner wouldn't check me in and told me he had cancelled my reservation”
The owner was very rude. He cancelled my reservation. He told me they close at midnight. I got there right at 12 and knocked but no answer then called. Nowhere on the page does it say they close at midnight. I looked and screenshot it. work in a hospital and got there as soon as I could. I had reserved with a debit card. They had a no vacancy sign on, but my room should have been available since I booked a day before. I booked from their website. He tried to tell me my time on my phone was wrong, then I reminded him cell phone times are set by satellites.

Friendly and remarkably quick check-in. Building is well maintained and clean. Modest rooms. Breakfast was extremely limited.

Continental breakfast was not great but there is a Mcdonald's down the road. Also Toad Hollar is not far away.

Location was great! Easy access to I-29. Walking distance to a great eating place called Quackers. Pet friendly. Great value.

“Convenient hotel to visit the National Park.”
It would of been nice to have something hot besides just sugar for breakfast, especially considering then price of the hotel. Some eggs, sausages or bacon would of been a great choice. The beds were comfortable, the room was clean.

Left at 0545 am missed breakfast . Can not beat the value, clean and friendly and great location very impressed with the owners take great pride in their establishment. I would tthey have a very nice place would recommend it to all my friends
