“An exceptionally pleasant place to stay”

Relais Lali is an exceptionally pleasant place to spend some time. Far away from busy roads, in a tranquil setting. The owners go out of their way to make you feel welcome and to spoil you. Different than in some other b&b’s, the rooms are very practical, spacious and with lots of cupboard space. There are comfortable places to sit outside, right next to your room, at the pool or in a lounge corner. Beautiful pool with nice views of the surroundings. Breakfast is probably the best you will find in the entire country. Even when you are just two people in the b&b, they set up an amazing buffet, with top quality products that are typical for the region. Allmost all of it is homemade and/or comes from their own garden. Unbeatable! Well located to visit the beautiful ‘Valle d’Itria’ and all its villages, the amazing city of Matera and not too far from the beach for those who have time left. “Perfect country retreat”

Relais Lali was a beautiful hotel and felt like a home away from home. It's in a quiet part of the countryside and a good escape from the busy cities. It's about 45 mins from Bari and 1 hour from Monopoli. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend!

A very beautiful and peaceful place surrounded by olive trees. The room was superb, very clean with a patio and pool view. Giuseppe and Anna are very welcoming and really dedicated to the wellbeing of their guests. Every morning they prepared for us a very delicious breakfast with fresh homemade products. They really paid thoughtful attention during our stay!

Lovely property out in the countryside, lovely hosts, great home cooked breakfast. Very peaceful and relaxing.

“Small paradise”

Relais Lali is a true gem. We've spent there few fantastic days with our hosts Anna & Giuseppe. Silence, privacy, comfortable rooms, pool, great breakfasts, hospitality are just few highlights from many more. It's location is another advantage for everyone who travel to Apulia or Basilicata and have plans to see Locorotondo, Matera, Alberobello and other famous spots. By car it was less than 1h drive each way to all these cities. I hope we will return to South Italy soon and again stop for few days in this beautiful place, again.

Incredibly beautiful setting, lovely homemade breakfast, quite neighbourhood close to a lot of must-sees in Puglia, super clean room and bathroom. Anna & Giuseppe are the absolute best hosts you could ask for!

“Exceptional”

Breakfast was superb. With fresh fruit, cheeses, bread, cakes and meats. The coffee was excellent. We loved every minute and felt that it was a 'home from home'. Both Giuseppe & Ana were lovely hosts - we shall be back!

Guiseppe and Anna are amazing hosts. We loved their devotion and care for their guests. Accommodation was spotless and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful with great coffee Giuseppe helped us out big time with our car trouble we had. Saved us a lot of time and money.

“One of the best places I stayed at for vacation”

Location was secluded and quiet. It's in between all of Puglua's sites. Close to Matera and Bari as well. Breakfast was incredible. The hosts Joseppe and Ana are the best. Nice and informative. Amazing restaurants in villages near by.

Well-equipped room, spacious and with shady terrace. Very nice and helpful owners Giuseppe and Anna, who really love to run their relais. Fabulous breakfast. Anna’s dinner on request was a perfect guide to the tasty regional kitchen. Pool with lots of places to sit and relax (4 rooms only) in a quiet environment. Location centrally to visit Trulli and sassi and several beautiful towns, as well as Tarento (archeological museum) and beach.
