If you like history, you'll be transported back in time here. The house was very stylish, full of historical details. A place more suitable for adults. The place is away from the main road and full of peace. The beautiful garden provided a place to relax. The head of staff was very sweet and helpful.

Beautiful well kept gardens with fish ponds. Balcony was large and overlooked gardens. Lovely room, clean with lots of pillows. My wife loved the bath. Host was very friendly and hospitable. Great place, could stay longer.

Beautiful historic mansion with lush, green gardens. The room was spacious, comfy bed and pillows. Lovely hosts and we absolutely loved the homey feel and a wonderful breakfast (with fresh ingredients from the mansion’s gardens!)

With old, big trees and beautiful plants, the manor was in an exceptional location. The breakfast was ok (I would prefer self service), nothing fancy.

Everything about this place is quite exceptional. A beautifully located mantion, surrounded by a park, with several pictureque ponds, jetties, places to sit and admire the surroundings. Rooms are very comfortable and well equiped. Very friendly host and good service complement the picture.

Incredible house over 250 years old with positive atmosphere. Refurbished in nobles style by very nice and friendly lady - the owner. Beautiful room with a balcony and very stylish bathroom. Great breakfast. Unbelievable garden... or rather park. You feel there like a princess.... like moving 200 year backward. We recommend everyone to experience this.

“Our second stay in the small gem in the modern world for your peacefull and quiet stay”

It was our second stay at this place. We deliberately have chosen it again to enjoy the place. So, recommendation remains the same. If you want to relax in a quiet place in 200 years mansion, this is the place. It is renovated, clean, quiet, comfortable and with lovely hosts who took care of every wish. The surroundings are nice and watched over. Even if you have to take off shoes just by entering the mansion in order to keep the place clean (this was a complaint from some quest), this is normal, since you enter someones home where they walk on socks. Very recommended place and not far away from main highway. This time we enjoyed the bigger King room with balcony. It was lovely, big and very spacious.

I was very surprised to see such a beautiful interior. Very clean! Had to leave early, therefore did not have breakfast, but I am sure that the also provide an amazing breakfast as they are very service oriented!

“Disappointed”

The location is fabulous, so well-preserved, with old trees, a pond and a bridge. Our room had a patio with a lake view -fabulous for having breakfast. The presidential suite we had booked was nicely decorated with a huge bathroom and 2 showerheads .
