There was a nice selection of fruit on the table and lots of teas to choose from. The beds were comfortable. Shampoo and conditioner was provided. The configuration of the apartment may suit others better.

“Very Pleasant , would like to stay again”

The host had an extremely wide range of breakfast items, milk types, coffee types and a note that if what was needed was not there to give her a call and other can be arranged. The 3 rooms have all you need , and there is a nice porch, (if the temp isn't negative) Moss vale is a great historic place to stay and visit Fitzroy falls, Robertson etc.

“Perfect Weekend Away”

The host was very attentive, the place was exceptionally clean, and very very well stocked!! The beds were extremely comfortable.. some of the best I've ever experienced whilst away. There were many many food options for breakfast, plus extra for snacks, which was very much appreciated on a long weekend when most shops/supermarkets were closed. The bathroom also has everything you could possibly need, and the place had games, entertainment for all ages! We loved our stay, and will be back again!

Very beautiful peaceful setting close to all amenities. Lovely country style decor king bedroom ultra cosy 2 generous size bedside tables and perfect size TV.. MaIn bedroom also has lockable door for added security. Balcony looks out to beautiful lush garden very peaceful. Breakfast nook and breakfast table in single bed room, very clean bathroom with shampoo & conditioner, moisturizer and wonderful hot shower and bath tub. Host is lovely and quickly addresses any concerns even allowed for 11am checkout. Overall enjoyed our stay.

Great location. Very quirky accomodation. Would have liked cooking facilities but that's just me. Bed was just heaven and the rest of the a commodation perfect. All the little bits and pieces great. Lovely host!!

Spacious, clean and comfortable accommodation. Lovely quiet setting in a private house, and the location was great. Many goodies were provided including various breakfast provisions, an assortment of teas and coffees and yummy biscuits/shortbreads. Microwave, toaster and kettle were provided. The host was friendly and on hand if needed.

Great location close to the township and golf club. Very comfortable and cosy beds. Bedrooms have a lovely outlook over the garden!

Fabulous host, beds super comfy, location was central to our travel area.

Yard was untidy mess. Not as photos depicted. Driveway difficult to drive in and out of on blind spot. Rooms were very cluttered with odds and sods of furniture. Making it difficult to make our way around bed. Carpet was wrinkled in bedroom causing a trip hazard. Lots of powerboats everywhere. Had not realised there was extra fee for dog. What I did like was the amount of amenities on offer very generous. In terms of tea coffee and breakfast cereals. Bedding was very confortable. Host was very pleasant telling us where things were in town. Close to town centre and golf club.

The location was excellent with a short walk to the centre of town. The view from the Loft Apartment verandah was beautiful filled with trees and birds. We had breakfast there every morning. The host was very helpful and friendly, providing extra fruit during the 9 night stay.

Very comfortable. Convenient location. Provided pretty much everything you could need. Would stay again.

Beautifully finished and thoughtfully laid out with so many provisions and touches to make my stay so easy and mostly comfortable. The bed was AMAZING. Probably the most comfy I’ve ever stayed in. Bathroom had so many thoughtful touches, as did the mini kitchen area.
