The staff are very friendly and the location has a lot of history. Nearby we did a wine tasting in a cave and had a nice dinner in the town 15 minutes away. Room was well airconditioned!

We spent two nights at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The team was very kind and gave us a warm welcome from the moment we arrived. We especially enjoyed both the breakfast and the dinner. Alexandre, the restaurant manager, was extremely friendly, attentive, and very professional throughout our stay. The spa is small but very relaxing and enjoyable. The hotel is also ideally located, very close to many places to visit in the region. We also loved the rooms, each with its own unique decoration — my favorite was the Kyoto room. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the region.

Beautiful property with nice garden, billiards room and spa facilities. The restaurant was very good. We left something in the room and the process for dealing with lost property was excellent.

Lovely location, very pretty hotel. If you arrive early enough you could have 1 hour in the spa for free ! unfortunately we arrived too late to use. The food was good.

Very comfortable - pretty good for disabled access, although my powered wheelchair found it very difficult to get up the steep, roughish track to the restaurant.
