Lovely host, who made us feel at home straight away. Nice room, with good shower. Guest rooms are located in a nicely renovated barn adjacent to the main house, where breakfast is served. Large indoor heated swimming pool was much appreciated, with sliding patio doors onto a lawned area for sunbathing. Breakfast was fine, with a good selection to choose from. The property is ideally located for exploring the area ( D day beaches/ Bayeux etc, and about a 35 min drive to Caen ferry port (Ouistreham ). Thanks for a lovely stay, we hope to visit again 😊

Lovely accommodation, very impressive as you approach. The rooms are a very good size, clean and comfortable. Catherine was a great host, giving us lots of information about the area and where to go for food . A good breakfast to start your day and a relaxing swim to end it.

Beautiful location, and peaceful but with very easy access to Bayeux and the Normandy beaches. Catherine was a lovely host, very charming and helpful and offers a lovely breakfast, even accommodating my gluten free needs ! The bedroom was spacious and the bed very comfortable. Even heard an owl late evening. In addition having an indoor pool to swim in after a busy day was a bonus. Catherine also provides go carts and swing ball for families with children to use up any left over energy that they might have !!

Everything.... modern clean, friendly helpful host, quiet, authentic, historic. Comfy beds, lovely rooms, plenty of space. Wonderful breakfast 😋 Value for money, very good price for what we got. Would love to stay again. Host went above and beyond.

The property was beautiful and Catherine could not do enough for us. She is an amazing host. Rosa the retriever loves a belly rub so if you go make sure she gets one. Breakfast was perfect. On our list of places to visit again.

Area was safe, quiet country villa. Excellently positioned for all the D-Day sites. Catherine welcomed us into her home and went the extra mile in helping with a Gluten -free diet (being a Coeliac - most important) even to baking me an excellent special gluten-free cake especially for me. Slightly tricky to find as in deep countryside (SatNav useless - use Google Maps locally, but from main road, turn opposite the big green Co-op Farming buildings - very easy to see outside Mosles and half-mile down turn right (signposted).

We had an excellent stay. The place is beautiful and peaceful and is ideally placed for exploring the area. Catherine was very friendly and helpful and ensured we had a great breakfast with which to start the day. Rosa the dog was gorgeous!

This is without doubt the best B&B we have ever stayed at in France! Catherine was a beautiful host, very charming and very helpful. The bed was huge and very comfortable, and due to my poor mobility, Catherine was kind enough to swap rooms around to give us a ground floor room to save my troubling with the stairs. Breakfast was just delicious and the coffee the best ever! As you can tell we really liked it 😁

The room was beautifully decorated and really comfortable and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was very tasty. Katerina is very helpful advising where to visit in the surrounding areas. La Fresnee is very charming in stunning countyside - so peaceful and secure. We would highly recommend and would certainly stay here again. Very close to Bayeux and Port en Bassin Merci beaucoup Katarina
