“Recommend this lovely hotel 100% thank you for the perfect stay in your hotel!!”
This tiny little hotel is simply wonderful! The house and garden are beautifully designed! We booked the hotel for three nights, spending a week on Kilimanjaro, then one night at the hotel, followed by a four-day safari, and then back at the hotel. We were able to leave our luggage at the hotel. The owner is a very nice and friendly woman! She even made us a delicious breakfast at 6:00 am! We will definitely come back and recommend this lovely hotel 100%.

“Ad is completely inaccurate.”
It was quiet. We were able to leave our stuff there while we trekked Kilimanjaro. If the ad on booking.com was accurate, and they didn't downgrade our room, we could have enjoyed the place.

Family of 6 rented the entire main house for a reasonable price. The friendly staff welcomed us warmly and were available at all times for anything we needed. We could bring our own drinks which were put in a fridge by the pool area, but they had water and beer available for purchase if desired. Lovely large bedrooms with bathrooms, nice living room and breakfast area. Good breakfast included. The hosts arranged sightseeing which worked well. Chose to stay one night longer than planned.

- Patricia and the rest of the team were very friendly and would go out of their way to make sure my needs were catered for. - Breakfast and fresh juices were really good - Quiet, safe and secure. - Pool area was great. - Villa was lovely. Each had our own room with a shared communal space which included living area and kitchen. - Clean. Overall a lovely place to stay. A little out from the centre of Moshi but can easily order food for delivery or order a tuktuk to get around.

“Would recommend to anyone”
I stayed here for a month while working nearby, i came as a guest and left as a friend! I would recommend sprunger avenue to anyone visiting moshi- the location is good with a short drive to some great local restaurants and to the town. There are great running/walking routes around the property and a fantastic view of Kilimanjaro. There is a great pool, lovely garden and the best thing about this house - the lovely people. Patricia, the manager, went to great lengths to ensure I was comfortable and happy. She made me breakfast (lots of options and fresh fruit smoothies everyday) , organised my transport and gave great advice to me. She is amazing!!! The other staff were also exceptional, my room was always clean and I was always looked after. Thank you so much Patricia, Agata, Joseph and everyone else here at Tulia Homes that made my stay so special - if I am ever back in Moshi I will stay here no doubt about that.

“Wonderful place to stay - quiet, clean, comfortable”
The room is comfortable, clean and reasonably priced. The host looked after us brilliantly before and during our stay. The pool is lovely, as is the main house in which guests eat breakfast. The food was delicious. Fully recommend.
