Feels very homely but also well appointed. Really clean and facilities are great. Breakfast was delicious. The staff and owners are incredibly nice and very helpful, great with kids.

Hotel was great. Staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was decent though I came late the second day and they ran out of bacon! The heated pool, sauna and steam room were amazing after a long day on the slopes. Wonderful location near the main shops/restaurants, bus stop and ski lift as well.

“Perfect”

I chose the hotel for the location and price (both of which were excellent) but the comfort, facilities and most of all the friendliness of the owners were exceptional. The outdoor pool and sauna were particular highlights. The hotel had the feel that you were staying with a family, it was very welcoming and comfortable everywhere.

Absolutely loved this place! The property is spotless, very comfortable, and beautifully equipped with everything needed for a perfect stay. The location is excellent - quiet yet close to everything. The host was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always available, which made the experience even more special.

“Stunning boutique hotel”

Amazing stay with Eric and Caroline, they really looked after our entire family. Hotel is like a large warm/friendly stylish chalet. Fantastic home cooked food. Great location just a few minutes walk to lifts, so really convenient with young kids. Excellent facilities too, having a swim and sauna/steam after a day on the slopes is quite special. We will be back!

“Wonderful hotel in the heart of Morzine :)”

A wonderful hotel in the center of Morzine. The hosts are great, as well as the staff. You really get a personal feeling as you are treated just like a family member :) We had a room with a garden view, with also great sceneries towards the nearest mountains. All the amenities of the hotel were just perfect; the pool, the hotel lobby/breakfast area, breakfast itself and the children's playing room. Also parking is conveniently located underneath the hotel in a small garage. A warm recommendation!

The hotel, its location and the interior of it feels like an amazing home. It is exceptionally great for children and gives you the same feeling as your kinds are playing about in your home. The facilities and cleanliness is top notch and it ticks all the right boxes for a Ski holiday.

Excellent location. Owners and staff were welcoming and helpful. When minor issues with the room were raised they were addressed straight away. Loved the little snacks served with drinks from the bar. Super drying facilities for wet gear. Delightful complimentary postcards available for guests.

We loved the family feel of the hotel. Loved the warm design and above all- its a great place for kids, the facilities were really designed with children in mind.

A fantastic family friendly hotel with a beautifully relaxed vibe, right in the hustle and bustle of Morzine. Whilst being perfect for families, the quality of design and catering have not been compromised or diluted in the way you find at some hotels targeted at tourists with kids. The hotel has a lovely relaxed and authentic charm with lots of unique features and well considered solutions to create an ambience where kids are really welcomed and yet it doesn't feel like a madhouse. It's a nearly impossible feat, but Eric and Caroline appear to have achieved it with ease - we'll definitely be back!
