The hotel was excellent. All of the staff were helpful and very friendly from the welcome we received to check-out. The food was superb. There was a very nice breakfast buffet which was replenished throughout the morning. The 4 course dinner in the evening was exceptional. There were two speciality evenings which we thoroughly enjoyed. The was plenty of choice on the cheese board. There was the option to change the menu if there was something that did not appeal to you but we never did. The room was very comfortable and we had a fabulous view. The facilities were great and there was a lovely garden area to sit in. The hotel was situated next to the lift to Avoriaz and to the bus stop for the free shuttle bus into Morzine. A perfect holiday.

Wonderful family run hotel. Warm welcome on arrival and staff were very friendly and helpful. Superb evening meals. Fantastic location next to the Prodains lift and the bottom of the run down from Avoriaz. Ample free parking in the hotel's private car park. We are looking forward to at the Hameau again.

Fabulous location and facilities, extremely welcoming to a solo traveller and the food wow the food... brilliant weekend and I can't wait to come back!

The property was spotless. Great staff and the food was some of the best I have ever tasted. 4 course dinner every night and the cheese board is a highlight. Great location, 2 min walk from the bottom of the gondola lift that takes you straight into the centre of Avoriaz. Already looking to book our trip for next year. Thank you for being such great hosts, your hotel and hospitality is beautiful.

Wonderful boutique hotel run by a lovely family, warm, cosy, accommodating, great breakfast, fabulous 4 course evening meals, food was delicious, Chef incredible - needs a Michelin star! Perfect location 4min walk to The Prodains cable car to Avoriaz, ski rental shop and bars at bottom of the slopes. Ski-in-ski out also an option depending on snow conditions plus easy bus access into Morzine.

“Fabulous Christmas Getaway”

This family run hotel is incredible, the rooms are cosy, clean and comfortable, but the Food is incredible! Highly recommend the half board option, will not disappoint! Location is fantastic for Avoriaz slopes. Free Bus stop to morzine is right outside.

We loved everything. Thank you for making our pre Christmas trip so special. The staff couldn’t have been more accommodating. Always smiling. Made you feel so at home and welcome. Best hotel we’ve ever stayed in which is all down to the staff. Amazing food. Great facilities. 10/10 service. So attentive. We were a group of 8 adults and 1 toddler.

Perfect location, we were able to ski to the door and only a short walk to the base of the lift. Breakfast and dinner was great.
