“Basic but adequate.”
We needed secure parking and this hotel was able to provide it. We arrived after a 6 hr drive from the docks and there was no evening meal available, no water, TV or , kettle in the room. We were too tired to go back out and try and find an eating facility. The hotel owner was friendly but never mentioned access to a meal just told us breakfast and hot drinks were available from 8 am.

“A place to recharge your batteries!”
Beautiful quiet location with water trickling passed and alot of local history. Spacious gardens. We went for the peace. The owners, Anne and Cyril were exceptional hosts, (together with their two children) and went over and above the call of duty when my husband was taken ill and hospitalised. I will never forget their kindness in making sure that I had a rest and support.
