“Lovely hotel at a great location, amazing staff and a good buffet with lots of variety :)”

The hotel is in a great location, close to the beach and different shops and a 5 minute walk to the old town of Morro Jable with some nice restaurants. At the hotel we were positively surprised by the variety of foods at breakfast and dinner. The staff was the one thing that stood out the most to us! They were all so friendly and helpful :) I also loved to see some cute cats and that they seemed to be taken care of :) And of course the long sandy beaches are gorgeous! The water is calm and clean and just wonderful to relax and swim !

We liked the bedroom and balcony area which was sunny. Towels were changed in demand. The eating and social areas were comfortable. Staff were very attentive in these area

For us this hotel is in the perfect location, nice stroll to Morro Jable town and close to shops bars etc. Nice quiet high up room with sea view, its a bit of an uphill hike to these rooms but we didn't mind that at all, pay back was a nice quiet room with private balcony and sea view. People who don't like steep walks should make sure they get a lower room. The hotel was clean and welcoming, great staff, nice pool area and better than usual evening entertainment.

“Great few days chilling and eating spending time with my son”

We knew the hotel would be busy as it spring break and hotel was full. It gave us everything we needed for a relaxing, entertaining stay with great food and cocktails. The breakfast was great with lots of choice. The pool area was busy so you had to get a sun lounger fast — the usual issue with people reserving sunbeds. The pool bar area was again full of snacks. We chose to sit up in top area away from pool really quite and veiws of the sea Our room was cleaned daily with fresh sheets and towels. We were all-inclusive so we had lunch there; it was different every day and again had great choice. Dinner also had great choices and different themes — we had fish, chicken, and Mexican. The cheese was so good, especially. Blue one. There is a massive amount of staff to keep the hotel going they never stopped . Thank you so much for looking after us and working so hard.

Friendly hotel people. Convenient place for family with young kids, with activies & animation, even though with all the people the swimming pool is rapidly packed. Buffets are average but good enough.

Great location, close to the beach, restaurants, and shops. The hotel was beautifully clean and tidy, and the pool was lovely and warm. The rooms were generously big with large balconies. Pool bar food was nice. The soul night singers were amazing!
