“Perfect couple’s getaway on Valentines”

Really treated like a special guest with the Royal Level tier

The royal level was amazing, i like to have quiet vacations and this was perfect. Every day it was calm and relaxing with no many people around in the pool or in the dining area. My room was on the bottom royal level and on the furthest corner so from my balcony I had a pleasant and close view of the jacuzzi pool which at the same time, allowed me some privacy. The royal level gave access to the Spa which I used nearly everyday and it was an extra that added value to the overall experience. The reception staff noticed that during my stay i had my birthday and sent to my room a bottle of Prosecco free of charge which it was a great surprise that I enjoyed. I also enjoyed the italian and spanish dinner on the other restaurant which was elegant and quiet. This was also included on my half board. The reception staff was able to find a space for me even with a late booking. The food was delicious and the service very good. The food in the dining area of royal level was also very good and had enough choices. The beach is right passed a natural reserve so has wild birds and it looks stunning and relaxing. The beach is long and not busy at all. The walk on the beach is relaxing and offer stunning views. It is a natural and uncontaminated place altough it was windy.

30 minutes walking distance from the hôtel to the beach. Difficult to stay on the beach for long as the strong wind moves the sand everywhere .

Overall the hotel was great, we had access to the main hotel which we hardly used as there were to many guests at the time, we had a look at the buffet in the main hotel once which looked good but it was very noisy so I’d recommend sticking to the Royal Level buffet. We are a family of vegetarians and Daniel, Juanita & Cassandra went over and beyond to suit our vegetarian needs, they arranged for the chef to make separate food for us which was great. I wouldn’t go by any of the negative reviews on the Royal Level as that originally put us off our stay but this place is amazing, it’s better than some of the 5* hotels we have stayed at which is saying something! Guest management were also great in helping with food arrangements, I think their names were Saide & Alvaro.

The breakfast was outstanding, and the food overall was excellent. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, always greeting us with a warm smile. Their hospitality truly made our stay unforgettable.

Service and food in Patio Canario restaurant was excellent and they made a big effort to cater to our needs as vegetarians. Service in Cafe Atlantico really friendly. Beds and pillows really comfortable. Sunbeds also really comfortable in Royal Level. Beach is stunning although quite a walk through the hotel to get there.

Staff and inclusive options were great. If you like half-board/all inclusive you will like. We felt a little bit too young for the crowd at the hotel. :D

Our stay was super nice and relaxing. The location of the hotel is excellent and offers a breathtaking view over the sea. The first-class service and friendly staff deserve special mention. All the staff are incredibly helpful and courteous. Special praise is due to Selene from the restaurant with her warm and friendly manner. :)
