This villa apartment complex is located in Jandía in the south of Fuerteventura is the perfect place for a relaxing family holiday in the sun. It is set only 150 metres from a fine, sandy beach. Apartamentos Garden & Sea Boutique Lodging by LIVVO boasts a lovely outdoor swimming pool, where you can spend the day soaking up the sun, while enjoying refreshing dips in the cool waters. After a light lunch in the hotel, stroll down to the beach – with its beautiful white sands, and cool Atlantic waters. All apartments have a terrace with sea views, where you can enjoy sunbathing in privacy. They also come equipped with kitchens, ideal for preparing a family meal in the evening. The property reserves the right to limit the use of the jacuzzi in the rooms.

Room was clean. Had extra pull out bed downstairs. Sun loungers upstairs and downstairs. Large dining table and chairs. Downstairs and upstairs bathrooms.

“We had a great holiday but somewhat let down by the actual apartment.”
We’ve stayed with you 5 times now. The apartment we were allocated was by far the worst we’ve stayed in. No tiling on the walls around the patio and hot tub, a very narrow view out of the patio dominated by an untiled lift shaft as well as broken steps down onto the hot tub area were really disappointing and poor for the price paid. We felt like the poor cousins compared to previous apartments we’ve stayed in and the ones others were enjoying. Staff were great and helpful but the holiday was let down by the state of the apartment. Also poor lighting in the downstairs bathroom and no toilet roll holder was not good. Don’t like to complain especially as over the years we’ve enjoyed staying on this complex but this particular apartment is really not great.

Spacious, safe, near the beach, nice place to stay! We was in the second row and we saw the ocean only a little bit, but I'm sure that in the first row is the best view. I also liked the pool.

“Our new go-to location on Fuerteventura!”
This proved to be a very chill and convenient stay and we will most definitely choose this place for our inevitable return to Fuertaventura. - Absolutely brilliant location. Beautiful panoramic view of the beach, the ocean and Morro Jable, sun throughout the day. Plenty of fantastic restaurants in the immediate area. - Very easy and convenient access to the beach (via stairs). - Rooms were very comfortable, clean and newly renovated. - A lot of available kitchen equipment, brand new fridge. - Privacy - all rooms were properly separated, the way they were build (cascade _ roof) made it impossible to see the balconies of the rooms below and the ones on the sides, which is great. Area is easily accessible and very quiet even though it's right between the beach and close to the main road. - Never had any issue to find a parking spot right next to the apartments. - The armbands on top of the keycards make it extremely convenient for the beach. - Best thing ever - we never had to use the AC! The way the rooms are built and insolated, it's always nice inside. Out of all my summer vacations so far, this was the first time when I had ZERO issues falling asleep thanks to the appropriate temperature and air flow.

Definitely the jacuzzi with a lovely sea view. The apartment was enormous with great views on both floors. Free coffee and water are available at the reception, and they offer sparkling and steel water and wine for a very good price. The parking area was spacious and empty. We were received with a welcome bubbles bottle. They have a huge fully equipped bathroom that we used to store our luggage and take a comfortable shower after extending our last day (after checkout time).

“Absolutely Breathtaking Stay!”
Our stay at this apartment in Fuerteventura was nothing short of incredible. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning views. The huge balcony was the highlight – from the sunbed, all we could see was the endless sandy beach, the shimmering sea, and the bright blue sky. It felt like a dream! At night, the sky was filled with billions of stars, creating the most magical atmosphere. Watching the sunset from the terrace was an unforgettable experience—breathtaking colors painting the sky every evening. The apartment itself was perfect—clean, modern, and well-equipped with everything we needed. But the best part? The jacuzzi on the terrace! Pure relaxation, enjoying the warm bubbles while taking in the sea views. If you're looking for a luxurious and peaceful getaway, this is the place. We would 100% recommend it and can’t wait to return!
