Well, during trip preparation we chose from 10 options and when we settled on this one, we were confused by two things - it was not clear from the photos how green and cozy the veranda was and whether there was a parking lot for a car nearby. in fact, the house itself is located in a quiet “road pocket” and there is a parking lot for 20+ cars and this is very, very convenient - because there is no problem with where to park a car .. and at the same time it does not create noise from the proximity of the road. and the veranda - a jasmine bush on the entire wall and a very well-thought-out automatic canopy that creates a privacy effect with one click. What delighted us most of all was that we constantly had the feeling that someone had not turned off the light in the bathroom on the second floor - but I would say this is the highlight of these apartments, which adds "an unusual experience of taking a shower in the open air"

“Wonderful Apartment close to the beach”

The Apartment is very well located - only 9 min walking distance to the beach, 5 min to Jandia, and 35-40min to the center of Morro Jable (we walked to Morro Jable each evening for diner). The owner is very friendly and supportive, he communicates and responds very fast via WhatsApp. One of the numerous highlights is, that the apartment is very clean and quiet, as well as it offers quite a few benefits, e.g., a sun umbrella for the beach, washing powder to use the washing machine, fairly new iron, safe, vacuum cleaner, hair dryer,… We have not missed anything. There are lots of parking spaces in front of the apartment. Tipp for grocery shopping: the Mercadona at Esquinzo Playa is a lot cheaper than Spar and Hiper Market in Jandia. We spend a wonderful time in the Apartamento Oasis! Thank you Ricardo and family! We will definitely come back!

The apartment is just like the pictures (or better). Everything is almost new. Very comfortable beds, quality appliances all around the facility (bathroom, kitchen, bedrooms). It's just if you would buy it for yourself, not for an apartment you let. Here you literally just need to bring your clothes. Bathroom stocked with towels, TP, soap, washing machine with detergent; bedrooms with enough sheets and blankets; kitchen with stove, oven, micro, boiler, coffeemachine, toaster...etc Huge TV, fair internet. 5 minutes walk to the beach/lighthouse. We go back to Morro Jable for the last 13 years and always stay in apartments, so far this was the best. Communication with the host Ricardo was flawless, so the apartment is highly recommended and we thank you for everything.

Beautiful spacious very clean apartment - well equipped and within walking distance to all ameneties. The owner Ricardas was very helpful and addressed any query very promptly.. Highly recommend it.
