This place is nothing like a typical Booking stay — and that’s exactly its charm. It feels as if you’re visiting your grandfather, who is genuinely happy to have you. He surrounds you with care, makes sure you’re well-fed, offers you drinks, and does everything he can to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. The host is a truly unique and warm person. In a way, he travels through the people who come to stay with him — he’s genuinely interested in conversations, stories, and connections. At the same time, if you just want to relax and have your own space, that’s completely comfortable too. Important: it’s best to inform him in advance about your arrival, as he has some special “signature” touches he likes to prepare for his guests. This is not just a place to stay — it’s a whole experience. A wonderful stop for rest and relaxation. Highly recommended!

Slobodan, the host is a very kind and welcoming guy. The communication was a very good one. In order to find the property, Slobodan wait for me with open gates and at the entrance there was a plate with my name on it. I had very pleasant conversation with him. Everything was just great.

A wonderful host in a traditional house in a convenient location for crossing the border with Croatia. I could imagine the place is even better in summer, as the nature around is beautiful. Free parking on site a plus, along with the offer of a coffee and breakfast in the morning.

Everything was great! I was pleasantly surprised by Slobodan—he greeted me with warm soup, and I managed to get some quality sleep on my road trip. Slobodan is a very warm and talkative person, which made the experience even more enjoyable. In the morning, he made coffee and an omelet. I couldn’t ask for more.

The place was a piece of Paradise on Earth for us. My husband and I are extensive travelers and we are looking to meet local people, bond with them and deep dive in their culture and Life style. That is exactly what happened with Slobodan: he became family. He opened his home and heart to us, very simply, very genuinely. We spend evenings cooking for each others and having endless talks on the terrace. We spent the days walking with the dog, or having our own time for us remote working or visiting the surrounding. Slobodan would take us fishing for the end of afternoon. The days started with a smile and a shared breakfast. Simple lovely life. The house is lovely, the village is quiet and authentic. We will come back and advice anybody who want to live a real experience to go visit Slobodan.

The owner is a really nice, thoughtful, and positive person, making the stay pleasant. The position is great if you are passing through Serbia, close to the border. Quiet and rural setting, river nearby is great. The place is spartan, don't expect luxury. No problem for me, and it corresponds to the photos and descriptions.

Slodoban is a very nice host who does everyrhing to satisfy you. I can recomend for all motorbikers. Also breakfast and dinner is available.
