All bathrooms at Mornington Bed & Breakfast include a spa bath. 2 of the upstairs rooms have balconies with views of Port Phillip Bay. Denise, the perfect host, The house oozed charm, and the room was beautiful, everything we needed, then the breakfast, entree of creamy yogurt topped with granola and fruit followed by best bacon and eggs, great stay, so comfortable.

“Enjoyable experience”
The place was cozy and full of charm, well located bed and breakfast, close to the beach and main street. Denise was very kind and the breakfast she prepared for us was amazing. Highly recommended, we will definitely go back if we are in Mornington area.

Denise was very accommodating, allowing us early access to our room. She was welcoming and hospitable. Our room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast and afternoon tea were a real treat. Very friendly and kind host.

The room was set up well with beautiful decor and everything needed for a comfortable stay. Comfortable bed, kettle, fridge, tv, dvds and amazing bath and shower. Cute little balcony with chairs that was beautiful to sit outside with the sunshine I was lucky to get during my stay. Breakfast was served downstairs and was extremely well done and delicious!
