Location was perfect. Beds are SUPER comfortable. All the extra touches you need are there- from coffee machine to the bag of ice in the freezer.

An amusing space to welcome 10 people + comfortably. And the BBQ was idea to cook for a big family. Location is ideal with easy walking access to the beach and Mornington main street.

The whole property was clean, shampoo/conditioner and body wash there for you to use. Great location, 1 minute stroll across from Mornington Peninsula beach and those famous little houses on the beach, you see in a lot of photos. Would definitely stay there again if going back to the Mornington ❤️

Beautiful property! Very comfortable and very clean. Lovely bedrooms, very comfy beds and pillows! 3 bathrooms. Fantastic for a girls weekend. Easy walk into the Main Street and very close to the beach. Loved it!

House was huge and so close to the beach! Was very clean and had many bedrooms for multiple to be comfortable in! Loved it!

The house has 3 different zones and allows for couples to have their own zone and space. Each section was super comfortable and had a double bed little kitchen and shower and toilet. So functional and user friendly. Location was awesome as you can see the beach from front of home and just a 2 minute drive to main at Mornington.

This property is absolutely beautiful. It is large enough to accommodate a big group of people. I love the 2 smaller units below the main house above. It is a skip,hop & jump to a stunning beach perfect for the kids. We will definitely stay here in the future. Elle is also a delight to deal with. Thanks so much for a wonderful weekend away.
