“First time in this unique kind of accommodation sharing the most amazing spaces, I could imagine living there for weeks”
The facilities and the availability of food and drink downstairs, the beds and bed linen were perfect. We liked that there were many hiking and cycling families with children who were able to stay. We thought all the touches that the owners made were thoughtful and creative and we loved the eco ethos of the project Fantastic! Will book again

“Beautiful manor BNB on the outskirts of Münich.”
Beautifully maintained manor in the countryside of Bavaria. The property is clean and immaculate, while still retaining artistic and unique character. The garden is spacious and full of fun and positive vibes. I loved the fact that I could buy a bottle of beer or wine in the basement shop.

Very beautiful hotel castle. Cozy, clean room. Quiet place where you can have a great rest. The kitchen has everything you need to cook. Farm natural milk is just what you need in your morning coffee. Fresh flowers everywhere. Beautiful garden with animals.

I recommend this place to all extraordinary personalities, all romantics, and everyone who loves unusual but comfortable. Absolutely incredible place! Attentive hosts, fantastic interior and exterior, cleanliness, proximity to Munich but at the same time silence and unity with nature. Very comfortable mattresses, well-equipped kitchens. Lots of entertainment and toys for children. We will remember the time spent in this fabulous house for a long time. Thank you for everything.

“A peaceful and pleasant stay surrounded by nature; just a bit too many rules!”
The location of the property was wonderful – the lake view and surrounding natural beauty were truly peaceful. My room was very clean, simply yet tastefully decorated, and overall felt comfortable and cozy. Having access to a shared kitchen was practical, and the quiet, nature-immersed atmosphere made the stay even more pleasant. The host, Franz, is a well-traveled and cultured person who lives with his family on the ground floor of the building. He was friendly, approachable, and helpful whenever we had the chance to communicate. It was genuinely nice to know that someone caring was nearby.
