Return visit as extremely pleased with our previous visit in 2023. Breakfast usually freshly cooked daily by proprietor Nicholas, but having recently experienced health issues, Mum & Sister installed to assist. Situation of property ideal as only short walk to centre of Morlaix with free public car park to to rear of premises. Nicholas continues to be a mine of information and local knowledge and always more than happy to assist with suggestions. Premises has character dating back to I believe around 1905 and much prefer to an impersonal modern hotel. Will most certainly use again next time visiting Morlaix as ideal centre from which to explore Brittany.

Nicholas was more than helpful - especially with his trusty iPad giving us tips for each days travels in the local area. Buses were easy to use - many were free.

Nicolas had great knowledge of the area and told us about places we may not have found. Room was fabulous size, great beds, loads of storage and option of bath/shower. All very comfortable.

It was located close to the town centre with ample parking. The bed was very comfortable and such a large room. The host was very helpful and provided a typical Morlaix breakfast.

Character of the property dating back to 1905 enhanced the overall ambiance of our stay. Home cooked Continental breakfast exceptional with host Nicolas friendly, attentive and a font of local knowledge, speaking both French and English fluently. Large free Public Car Park within short walking distance an added bonus.

“Be ready to pay extra in case of being late for check-in”

The atmosphere at breakfasts when Nicolas (the host) would help everyone to plan the day ahead (places best to visit, schedules of public transport, timing of tides etc). All the useful advices at hand.

The hotel is located close to center and restaurants. There is supermarket just next door and large parking. We had the smallest room, but it had large and comfortable bed and enough storage space. The host was lovely and very helpful, taking great care of his guests. He serves tasty breakfast, with freshly baked cakes, pancakes, bread, croissants and homemade jams. We liked meeting with him and other guests, it was pleasant start of the day. We got some useful tips on places to visit. Thank you!

The chambres d’hôtes was excellent. The room was charming with an excellent bathroom. The owner helped us very much with places in the area and also delivered absolutely delicious food for breakfast!

This Chambres d’hôtes is an absolute delight. A lovingly converted 100 year old family house run by our host. Breakfast was a particular pleasure with the other guests.
