lovely size apartment, clean and tidy. Very quiet. We found the beds very comfortable. easy walk or bus to the village. The Swimming pool was plenty warm enough and a lovely bonus.

The hotel was ok you get what you pay for. I traveled with my family of 4 2 adults 2 children they enjoyed the pool although the opening times are not the best.

⭐☆☆☆☆ Terrible experience – never again I stayed alone, and even so, the experience was completely unacceptable. The room was in very poor hygienic condition, with clear signs of inadequate cleaning. To make matters worse, upon arrival I was required to put the bed sheets on the bed and the pillowcases on the pillows myself. Honestly, I have never experienced this in my life in any paid accommodation. As if that were not enough, upon departure I was then told that I should remove the sheets. This was presented as an obligation, not a courtesy, making me feel as if I were an employee of the place rather than a guest. After reviewing the rental contract, I confirmed that there is no clause requiring the guest to perform such tasks, whether making the bed or placing or removing bed sheets. Therefore, this requirement has no contractual basis and is completely inappropriate for a paid accommodation. This is not hospitality. It is disorganization, lack of professionalism, and total disrespect for the customer. A stay should not involve housekeeping duties from beginning to end. Thankfully, it was only one night, because I will never return. This place is far below any acceptable standard — worse than a roadside motel. Strongly not recommended.

The studio living space was quite large and the position of the residence is walking distance from the ski gondola to go to the ski resort.

Our third time staying here. It’s basic but great for what we need. Staff are always helpful and pleasant, location is good (Morillon is a lovely, peaceful little village). We rent a one-bed apartment with 2 bathrooms. There is a small but adequate kitchen area. We bring our own hand soap, washing up liquid, tea towels as we drive there but this might not suit everyone. I think the hotel can provide these things if you pay extra. Same with the bedding and towels. This is a budget hotel, giving you the opportunity to tailor your stay to your budget. If you want all the extras, you pay for it. If you don’t, they don’t charge you. Works for us and the team there are always lovely. If I had to pick a couple of things the hotel could improve on 1) redecorate the corridors - they are pretty dark and uninviting 2) heat the pool a bit more. It’s advertised as heated but it was cold.
