Overview

We absolutely loved this hotel. We had 1 night en route to Odda. The lady on reception was lovely and friendly. Rooms were very comfortable, clean, and good value. Evening meal was a lovely experience and good food too. Breakfast was good, too. The hotel isn't far from a lake that my husband and son enjoyed swimming in.

“A Surprise for us”

A cozy and atmospheric hotel in the middle of beautiful nature. Interesting interior design with an ethnographic bias and art objects. There is a modern spa area with a swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi (free for hotel guests). Own free parking. Delicious breakfasts and a wonderful dinner. Special thanks to the restaurant worker Boyan for his professionalism and excellent work

“Great old fashioned service and food”
Great pool facilities and and beautiful food. Especially the breakfast buffet, that had absolutely “everything”. You can also pay 75 NOK and bring a lunch bag with, you with is great.

“Ridiculously expensive for such poor quality”
In the bathroom, there was a pipe coming out from under the bathtub to connect to the drain on the floor! As if that sloppy finish wasn’t enough, it didn’t work properly, and after a bath, water spread all over the bathroom. One of us didn’t even take a bath… Disgusting. Breakfast was another disaster; they didn’t refill the buffet, so there was no bread (only crackers) or other basic items. We had breakfast at 8:30, not exactly at the end of the service. All this for a room where we paid €341 for one night… Ridiculously expensive for such poor quality.

Fantastic old-but-in-a-good-shape hotel with nice stuff. You can change your electric car right on parking. The breakfast was great!

“Awesome Hotel”
One of the best hotel we stayed in during our road trip in Norway. Beautiful scenery. Little family hotel with all the comfort. Breakfast and dinner awesome. I would come back and stay there a bit longer especially in Winter would be great…
