“Best hotel in Frankfurt!!!”
Everything was good. The room was extremely neat and clean also staff was very welcoming. The room was spacious with all facilities and comfortable sleeping arrangements for all 4 of us. Was also budget friendly for a city like Frankfurt.

I really liked the blonde receptionist. She didn't speak English, but she did everything she could to understand me and explain everything. She was a great employee and very kind. I liked her a lot.

I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and welcoming atmosphere. We had a misunderstanding during our stay, but the receptionist handled it with remarkable patience and professionalism. He took the time to listen carefully, stayed calm throughout, and made sure everything was resolved in a clear and friendly way. His attitude truly turned the situation into a positive experience for us. We really appreciated their kindness, understanding, and dedication to great service. Thank you for going the extra mile!
