Host was really easy to communicate with and was happy to offer information on buses and transport for side trips. The roof terrace is nice when the weather is good. Collectivos run straight past the door to the city centre.

- Great communication, owners ensure that you have everything needed and if not, they’ll do what they can to help. - The building is safe and secure and in a quiet area of Morelia. 20-25 minute walk to Centro, colectivo buses to Centro are a block away. - Grocery stores, panaderías and a large supermarket within 10 minutes along with restaurants and cafe. - Clean rooms and common areas which are cleaned daily. Spacious fridge and everything needed for self catering is provided. - Use of coffee machine for 10 pesos. - Rooftop terrace. - Clothes line on roof.

The host was super kind and helpfull, the room was clean and we enjoyed the terras/patio. The wifi was very good and the Flatscreen tv provide hbo, Disney+, prime and more. The area was nice, we felt safe and there are a lot of food options around you. A vegetable store is across the street, a bakery around the corner, a bar with cheap drinks around the other corner etc. A lot of Taqueria's in the street. We also uses the kitchen a lot for breakfast/lunch. It was a nice and not too far of a walk to the historic centre. We stayed 8 nights here and the shared bathroom got cleaned everyday, all the common areas were kept clean everyday. Again the host was such a nice person who will help you with anything you need. Definitely recommend this place!

Nice and cozy environment. The staff and the owner are very friendly and helpful. There's a good terrace to chill out and a tidy kitchen and refrigerator. It's located in a nice area with shops and supermarkets.

Everything was perfect, easy to self check-in (I arrived 2am and had no problems), friendly staff, good wifi, nice rooms, and the best price is extremely nice price. Defintely would stay again!

Very nice place that i would always recommend. The staff working here is super friendly and welcoming and will always help you out with anything. Furthermore its super clean and the fotos show excaltly what it looks. The beds are comfortable and the WiFi is super fast. Also the kitchen is very clean and has everyhting you need to cook some dishes. With public transport in front of the door you will reach the city center within 10 minutes.

“Great budget guesthouse”

We spent 3 nights at this lovely budget guesthouse. It was incredibly good value. The room was clean, they provide a delicious coffee, the staff were so responsive and helpful and there is a lovely sun terrace. It is about 20 minutes walk into the center but there is also a combi (orange) that stops outside the guesthouse. The fruit and veg shop opposite is brilliant and has all the basics.

It's like less than 20 minutes' walk to the city centre. The staff was amazing. She helped me keep my luggage for the night I wasn't around. I would definitely pick this place again. The bed in room 5 is massive.
