“Bad response from hotel”
Very bad sewer system in room 328!!!staff did nothing from evening until morning next day, we checked out of hat hotel cutting our stay by 1 day and we didn't get a proper apology or refund!!!

“Stay was not pleasant”
Service for food and wifi was pathetic. The dinner order is not taken before 7:30 PM and after 11 pm in night. Noise post midnight

“Excellent stay at the heart of Morbi with good and helpful staff”
-Warm and Welcoming staff and very kind with good sense of service - stagf were helpful from the restaurant, the reception all good staff -excellent Breakfast with wide options of choices and varieties -well clean room and amenities
