Stallet - Hemma hos Mait is one of the best houses/apartments we have ever stayed in during a long travellife. Everything from the cosy outside courtyard to the smallest details indoor with every need thought of. Location for our bicycle trips round the Orsa and Siljan lakes was perfect. Thank you so much from two cyclists from Denmark in july 2025.

“Cute little cabin in the heart of Mora”
Loved the renovation of an old barn to a self -contained apartment. Great facilities with the kitchen, fridge and washing machine. We also loved the linens. The number of beds was perfect and it was a great base from which to explore Mora and celebrate midsommar in Dalarna.

“Great way to get to know this area of Sweden - super nice family and hosts”
The hosts were very friendly and took the time to introduce the area including very nice spots to visit. The children enjoyed all the activities they could do and were thrilled about the wall climbing.
