“STAY AWAY! Disrespectful owner and hazardous conditions TL;DR: Our room was occupied by a drunk stranger. The owner move”

Beliggenheden er god. Både i forhold til at opleve Mora, men også som stop på vejen mod Åre.

The place has a really cool vibe. It's typical swedish and in a very typical swedish neighborhood

On our way home we just needed a place to sleep. We found Prinsgården by chance and we can absolutely recommend this place. With our arrive we got a warm welcome by the prince, the owner of Prinsgården. He knows a lot about the history of the house. The room was perfect. Cozy and with our own toilet. Fresh bedsheets on the bed and a big towel. Acces to a fully equiped kitchen and a hot shower. We sleeped very well and started the day with a tasty breakfast. Next summer we plan to go back to Sweden and a visit to Prinsgården is definitely on our list.

The room looked like on the picture, very cosy. There was a microwave in the kitchen and a supermarket reasonably nearby.

“Never again”

This is not a B&B, but a hostel, and a real bad one. The private bathroom is actually just a toilet, the shower is shared and is in the basement, where you can either go down the stairs with such a low ceiling that only a child can walk there normally, or you need to go into the shower from the outside. You need to cook breakfast yourself, from some random products. You also need to make the bed yourself. You also need to clean the room before checking out, otherwise you will be charged extra for cleaning. The furniture in the rooms looks like it was taken from garbage dumps. There is no information about the conditions of accommodation in English, the only thing that is duplicated in English are some stupid warnings. And you will find out all this after you have checked in, because the owners forgot to indicate all these nice features on booking.com. I do not recommend anyone to stay in this hostel, by doing so you support the terrible service and the careless attitude of the owners of this hole.

“We didn't book a hostel”

The owner picked up the phone straight away and offered us an iron and an ironing board when we called them and requested it. The bathrooms were clean and the kitchen was clean and there was a decent breakfast selection. Staff were very friendly.

We got a room in the basement (nr 7), which had a funny smell and very damp despite warm and dry summer weather outside. Worst thing was the bed, old metallic bunkbeds with incredible load noices totally ruining a good night's sleep. Also the mattress was not good. Change beds and fix ventilation ASAP! It says 'Breakfast included' but this means that you can try to make your own porridge or sandwiches with provided groceries in an ill-equiped tiny kitchen. Not even salt was provided. There is a very nice outside area to use when weather is good however 30m from it lays the local highway with plenty of traffic. Sadly I cannot recommend this place, and if you do go, make sure not to end up with a basement room.

Easy to find, nice and accomodating staff, decent price.

The area, the spacious little house, the decoration, the bed, the kitchen, the garden.

Perfect for us - we just needed a place to sleep overnight + shower in morning. All good. Situated not far from Mora's railway station. A no-nonsense accommodation where working people stay when away from home it would seem, judging by the company vans in the parking places, and that's usually a good sign.

“OK place to stay if you get a good deal on price”

Very cute house and tastefully decorated room, good size. Easy to find, check-in and park our car. Wifi worked well. Room was clean and beds were ok comfortable - a bit hard for my taste

“It is not bed and breakfast”

It was horrible. Important information is not included in the offer: The bed and breakfast service here means that you make your own bed linen, clean up after yourself, if you want to have breakfast, do it for yourself. But there are no fresh buns, you can only eat toast from the freezer. 3 toilets and two showers for 12 rooms in the back-breaking basement. This is not what I paid for, I feel cheated.

“I would choose again the same place if I had to travel and stay somewhere.”

I did not eat breakfast due to lack of time, but it was available. The location was great!

“Won’t go again”

This is a self service hostel. You will have to dress your bed, make your own breakfast, clean your room yourself before leaving. We ordered a room with own bathroom, which ended up to be a toilet and sink without shower. We were not expecting this from the description of the property nor the price of the stay. No staff was seen during the whole stay and guests were left with a lot of questions.

I didvnot get Any breakfast till 9am then We went out and eat out in Mora.

Didn't find the breakfast. Room clean but very basic. Traffic noise.
