“Lack of communication / Room smelled of smoke / overcharged us”
We were charged an additional $150 after we checked out, and the reason we discovered this was through our credit card statement. HOTEL staff did not call us or inform us of a problem, and when we called they claimed that the TV was broken and that they charged us to repair the TV. When staying there we didn’t even use the TV and felt it was unprofessional of them to not communicate this proactively or directly.

“It was over all a nice stay, but cleaning or somebody should go in the room and test the water flow.”
The staff was very friendly. They had a decent selection and even a waffle iron for breakfast. They let us do a late check out which was really nice since we have two kids who need their nap. They were very accommodating.

“Really great”
Janet at the desk went above and beyond when I checked in. It was a stressful long drive and she was very kind and helpful. Then in the am Sandra B literally saved an entire day of shooting a tv series by helping me print out my scripts for the crew. My printer I brought wouldn’t work abs she saved the DAY. I started crying I was so thankful. Then Pat was also extremely kind and helpful when yet another emergency happened. Trystan could take a few notes from the ladies. He can’t help it if his personality isn’t as awesome. I didn’t like his quick responses of no before I even finished my legit questions either. He needs to improve. It’s a huge change in tone and vibe also.

“The despite the room door not locking, I slept well without any problems.”
The breakfast is typical of what you get at these hotels so nothing major about it. It served its purpose for guests. The front desk clerk during check-in was very nice and personable.

“The night desk clerk Pam and Mary the breakfast staff are professional excellent employees!”
Clean and friendly atmosphere. Good continental breakfast, kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub.
