I had an unforgettable experience at this location! First of all, the cleanliness was exemplary: the bathroom was spotless, the bed linens were crisp and freshly ironed, and the towels were immaculate - everything was shining with cleanliness and care. It’s clear that attention to detail and guest comfort are top priorities here. The location itself is simply superb, offering easy access to many nearby facilities. The fact that I could reach it directly from the central train station without needing to change transport was a huge plus! Moreover, the surroundings are particularly pleasant, providing a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The hosts were absolutely wonderful! I greatly appreciated their kindness and constant willingness to help. Any question or request was met with a smile and a helpful recommendation, which made my stay even more enjoyable. I wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone looking for comfortable, clean accommodation with top-notch hosts. I will definitely be coming back with pleasure!

It is a very cozy and beautiful place. We really loved the vibe. It was nicely decorated with a lot of artifacts. The room was good value for money. The breakfast was amazing. The fact that the lady made it on her own was impressive. There were a lot of varieties.

Owners, location, cleanliness, fragrance, beds, bed linen, room equipment, view on the castle, air conditioning, Free parking, homemade breakfast, family atmosphere, always plenty of bottles of drinking water, discounts on nearby attractions, neighborhood maps. It was an honor to spend a few days here and get to know Italian hospitality and taste a bit of Italian cuisine. The whole stay exceeded our expectations and we are only sorry that we spent so little time here. Arrival: the house is really easy to find, there is a parking space right next to the house. the owner was waiting for us, it was enough to write 15 minutes before arrival. own small fridge on the floor and plenty of bottles of water prepared every day. we even got welcome wine. the room was small but quite sufficient for 3 people. I appreciate a full size bed for my daughter. the room and the bathroom were perfectly clean, no dust or hair. also sheets and beds clean and wonderfully fragrant. you really don't have to worry about sleeping here. air conditioning is also available, which is a must these days. windows on two sides with a view of the castle. each window has a shutter and mosquito net. window damping excellent. Visitors can take advantage of discount campaigns for various attractions and maps of the area. a separate chapter is breakfast. thanks to the owner, you will feel like part of her family here, literally. breakfast is served in the family dining room, where you can meet other family members who eat the same as you. every morning you can choose a sweet or savory breakfast. A small taste of the sweet breakfast - two types of croissants, homemade pancakes, tiramisu, panna cota, choco salami, Tyrolean cake, yogurts... Savory breakfast - bruschetta Parma ham and parmesan, eggs, toast, mozzarella, tomatoes, cucumbers... and excellent coffee, water to drink , juice, milk or tea depending on what you choose. what we didn't eat we took with us on the trip.

The location is perfect 20 min from Garda lake. The staff was very pleasant. The room was nice but a little bit small (For us it was OK).

The most lovely hosts we have ever met and we have already met many. The owners live in the house, so you will have a breakfest in their own kitchen, you will eat the food they prepare at home, they will share with you tips where to go while making you espresso, etc. Very nice experience. The owners are exceptional! super attentive, recommended a lot of activities (with discount!) and restaurants, made fresh breakfast everyday (fully personalised and to our wishes). we even got a goodbye gift. other than that, the location is great as it’s close to Garda lake and Verona.

I booked this B&B based on the good reviews, but, tbh, I still had some doubts before visiting. I'm telling you up front that our stay completely exceeded the expectations. I wish to complete the information from those previous reviews with our own experience. First of all, the hosts are so nice that during our stay, we felt like visiting a branch of the family we never knew we had. And it's true that the breakfasts are like a feast: Mioara admits she loves cooking and you can definitely feel it in the taste of the dishes. The room we had upstairs in the attic was looking like new and it was so clean that you could smell a discrete pleasant perfume. The beds (one double and one single) were very comfortable and we had an amazing sleep in this quiet village. One nit-pick about the room is that if you are tall as me (1.90m), you'll have to be careful not to hit your head against the lower parts of the attic. After one initial bang! I became careful and this was not an issue anymore. The location itself is in this small village away from the crowds of Lake Garda. The village has an amazing restaurant (Resalè) where I had some of the most tasty and sophisticated pizzas. The service was so good and the price more than fair. We ended up avoiding the overpriced restaurants around the Lake Garda hotspots and came to this restaurant in the evenings to which we could have a walk before and after having dinner. There are other, more sophisticated restaurants in the villages nearby, but we didn't try them out. Borghetto is also a 10minute drive away. Overall, I loved the area so much because it's still wild, with lots of greenery, forests and vineyards, but at the same really close to everything there is to visit at Lake Garda. Finally, the price we paid for our stay was incredibly good value compared to the other available accommodations - and I'm a Booking "nerd" usually.

Beautifully renovated 300 year old building with all modern conveniences and decor. Spacious room, and a breakfast that was delicious and smoke. Close to the castle and fabulous restaurant. Would definitely stay here again!
