“Beautiful property and great host”

We loved our stay at F&B’s Garden! The property is beautiful and exactly like the pictures. The garden is so big and perfect for summer nights. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the cutlery, crockery, utensils etc you could need and there is plenty of storage space in the bedrooms. The location of the property is perfect for those going to Disneyland Paris - it’s less than 10 minutes in an Uber which usually costs around €10. Montry is a very picturesque village and the property is walking distance to a bakery, or there is a Lidls just up the road. We wish we could’ve gotten more use out of the property but as we were there for Disneyland we were only there in the early morning and evenings, but we would love to return and have a relaxing holiday there and make use of the garden and explore Montry! Feryel is a great host and showed us around the property and equipped us with any information we could need.

“Cozy house”

Very cozy house.,spacious ..everything you need.10 min drive from Disneyland parks.we used Uber,very cheap.small store nearby.all in all,we would recommend this place.

It was only about 15 minutes by bus to Disneyland. The house was pretty and had a big yard—perfect for summer. There were lots of herbs in the kitchen, and the utensils were great. The owner was kind and friendly. Everything was exactly as described.

The house was beautiful and had everything we needed and more, even better in real life than the pictures. We were so comfortable we didn't want to leave. 10 minute drive from Disneyland. Lovely hosts who were very friendly and helpful. Would 100% recommend

The property was perfect, in a convenient location to Disneyland Paris, only 10 minutes drive! Despite it being a residential street it wasn’t busy and loud. There is also onsite parking with gated access.

the lovely host Feryal she was so kind to meet us to handle us the keys of the house and gave us little tips and information's about everything and she kept checking with us to make sure every thing is going well she was so sweet,, the house and the garden wore amazing every details in it was beautiful and shows how well its been cared of, all amenities was available we didn't need to by anything except the daily fresh food needs for cooking, the bus stop is one min walk from the house super convenient for little far distance places like Disneyland and the outlet , there is some small stores near the house u can find by walking but its more comfortable to have a car. the bed rooms are in the first and second floors that only be reach by small stairs so it might be little difficult for people with disability or have difficulty going up and down many times. considering the house have only electric air fans in each floor we didn't need it at all as we came in September the weather was so cold and rainy so it wasn't a problem for us but our most grateful highlight of the house was the bidet in the bathrooms so that was a clear pass for us to be honest,, in overall it is one of our best family trips we had and if we have the chance to do it again, we will definitely choose this cosy home again.

“Absolutely amazing, but some constructive feedback”

The house and garden were amazing. Someone met us at the property and showed us around. The kitchen facilities were outstanding with everything we needed for our stay, and the owners picked us fresh fruit from the trees in the garden. The kids and my mother in law said their beds were very comfortable and rooms were clean with plenty of space for clothing. There was a lovely take out place and a little shop for essentials nearby. Getting around by train and bus was really simple once we learned the ways. Loved staying here and would consider returning some day. The host was very helpful and easy to reach. Very kind and supportive of our needs. They let us stay an hour longer as our flight was late at night. They were in touch and keeping us updated appropriately, which made us feel reassured. The garden was absolutely amazing with hammock and deck chairs in the cellar, which were so comfortable. Loads of little spots to eat outside, and the kids LOVED it. We had a BBQ one of the days, which was lovely. Neighbours were friendly and it was very quiet. We felt safe and at home most of the time. There was a hair dryer and iron, both very good quality. We were able to access Netflix on the TV, not that we had time to watch it. There was coffee and sugar at the property, and the coffee was lovely. We enjoyed many cups from the espresso machine and loved the tasteful cottage feel of the decor. The shower was also amazing with shampoo and other useful items available. Towels were clean and set out for us. We didn't really want for anything. Oven and fridge were clean and dishwasher and washing machine great. We even did a load of washing that dried in one day on the available airer. There is a tumble dryer, too. Kids loved the secret cave under the house, too. We recieved a lovely message when we left and our security deposit was returned very quickly and through PayPal.

Very comfortable home from home. The property is in a quite area. The property is well equiped. The hosts meet us at the property and were very helpful in showing us around the house and giving us hints and tips about the attractions and how to access them.

“Exceptional property and location”

The house is beautifully and sympathetically renovated with excellent facilities. The location is fantastic for both Disneyland Paris and visiting the capital. The town is lovely with a pharmacy, boulangerie, mini market and pizzeria within easy walking distance and supermarket a short drive away. The hosts were friendly, very helpful and easy to contact. Couldn't recommend this property more highly - the photos don't do it justice!

The house was full of character and charm, It had everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The hosts clearly love this house and it shows throughout. Feryel was speedy to respond to all our questions before our stay and both herself and her husband met us upon our arrival and they were both very welcoming. Having it's own private parking with electric gates was a big bonus. It's perfect for anyone who's visiting Disney as it's only a 10 minute drive away. There's a small grocery shop, pharmacy and a take away only a few minutes walk from the house and a bigger Casino supermarket a short drive away. Would definitely recommend to anybody considering staying here.

If I could give it 20 stars I would it was 10 mins from Disney a very simple drive,, beautiful home with plenty off space and everything anyone could need when on holiday washing machine, dishwasher, open fire, bakery and shop a 4 min walk from house, huge back garden, the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in,, nice and warm lots off space for my family will definitely stay next time we visit Disney host was very welcoming when giving us the keys and lovely lady to deal with I look forward to staying again
