We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this beautiful traditional French chalet, and I honestly can’t say enough good things about it. From the moment we arrived, it was clear just how much care and thought Jen has put into every detail. The chalet is perfectly designed for two people, cozy, charming, and incredibly comfortable, with a real sense of warmth that makes you feel at home straight away. Jen truly has thought of everything. From the well-equipped kitchen to the little touches that make such a difference, soft linens, thoughtful amenities, and a welcoming atmosphere, it’s clear she genuinely wants her guests to have the best possible experience. Nothing felt overlooked, and everything was spotless and well cared for. The setting is just as wonderful as the chalet itself, offering a peaceful and relaxing escape, perfect for unwinding and enjoying some quiet time together. It struck the perfect balance between rustic charm and modern comfort. We left feeling refreshed, happy, and already talking about when we can return. We will definitely be back, this place is something really special.

“3 night break on the lake”

Beautiful setting on the edge of lac montriond. Very compact but well-appointed chalet, lovely bathroom, small but functional kitchen, very comfy living room and bedroom. This is made for two people although one child would fit in fine. It is a 2 minute walk to the ski bus stop, which is free to ardent and runs regularly and efficiently. We skied in the morning and walked into montriond in the afternoon as the weather was so nice. We ate at the hotel du lac restaurant which was outstanding, our 4th meal there in the last 3 years and has always been perfect with great service and cocktails We would love to return to the chalet in the summer as we know the lac is amazing then

Chalet was very cosy and ideal for two people. Bathroom was lovely done with underfloor heating and a nice hot shower. We felt right at home. Netflix was ideal for us which unfortunately didn’t work when we arrived but Jen quickly had this fixed for us to enjoy in the evening after a day on the slopes. Chalet was located right next to a beautiful lake which we enjoyed having a gentle stroll in the evening. Was only a 8 minute drive into morzine and close by to the avoriaz slopes where we parked. Jen kindly collected some shopping for our arrival which made a huge difference as we arrived later in the evening (even went to two different shops as I had ordered it to the wrong one!). Information booklet in the chalet and correspondence from Jen was really helpful as well. Nothing was a bother.

Cosy and homely, lots of little extra details that made our stay so nice. The location by Lac Montriond offered picturesque walks and beautiful views, with easy access to the free ski buses to connect to the Ardent Lift and Montriond village/Morzine.

The location right next to Lac de Montriond and proximity to other activities. The fact that that the property was compact but didn’t feel small. The great range of books and entertainment options inside the property for rainy afternoons. Our interactions with the owners.

We stayed at the beginning of July. Property exceeded our expectations. Everything was well thought through, comfortable and clean. The host was lovely and very welcoming! Lake and great walks are just across the road. We fell in love with this place and would definitevely come back here soon and recommend it to our friends.

This is a tiny beautiful chalet. It is right in front of the Lac du Montriond. So well decorated and so many beautiful details.

It’s perfect for a couple to stay. It might be small but you have everything you need there. And there are a lot lovely details in the house, feels like home. Very welcoming owners (thank you for the wine, snacks and the essentials). Lovely location by the lake too, great for walking and easy access for ski lifts.

“A cosy retreat”

Very pretty, cosy, comfortable and nicely appointed. Fantastic location by the lake and close to the Ardent ski lift. We were here in February half term and had no trouble parking directly opposite the chalet. It is small but perfect for a couple or family of three. Would recommend a car for accessing the ski lift and the convenience store in Montriond.

Very nice location, a splendid intimate chalet, very confortable. A wonderful stay!
