“Good central location.”
The location is great, have stayed here a few times since 2007 and the rooms have been upgraded. The layout of the bathroom was good.

“An excellent hotel in a good location. We stayed on the way to the Dordogne area. The town is beautiful and quiet.”
It was a good location, we had a nice welcome and given the opportunity to check in early. All the staff were kind and friendly. The air conditioning in the room was excellent and a joy after a hot drive. We also enjoyed an excellent and generous breakfast.

Lovely hotel with really friendly helpful staff. Tasty continental breakfast that was excellent value and an amazing restaurant where a group of us had an exceptional meal. lovely staff and great service they were patient with our attempt at speaking French. The bedroom by no means plush was functional and spotlessly clean. Really comfy bed. Overall good value for money. Great location in the beautiful town of Montmorillon

“A surprise in Montmorillon.”
The staff were courteous, friendly and helpful. The room was basic but spacious, clean and warm (aircon) It was good value for the money. The surprise was the quality of the restaurant food, it's presentation and service. 4 stars!

“Unremarkable”
The hotel was average , the staff were okay and that is about as good as it gets. The room was tired but adequate, it needed a lot of attention . Hole s in wall to side of window and where the toilet holder had been moved . I found the room extremely noisy due to traffic and the fan system did not cool the room down enough . I had to close the windows to block out the noise of traffic. One of the side tables was broken off and not there , it just needs more maintenance and someone to follow up to make sure it is done for guests.
