Amazing Grounds and property

“Feel like a princess in this château set in stunning gardens”

My daughter and I loved spending the night in this château! The property a beautiful and the gardens are stunning. We loved walking through the forest, and enjoyed seeing their extensive tomato garden (700 varieties!). When we arrived hundreds of locals were all there for a plant festival which was fun to be part of. The beds were comfortable, and the plentiful breakfast was served in a stunning room. We didn’t have a car, but the property recommended a local driver who picked us up at the local train station. The staff were friendly and helpful.

stunning chateau in a perfect location. The room was totally luxurious, as well as the bathroom, with a lovely view of the gardens. The staff were also incredibly helpful and informative.

Sleeping in a Castle

In the booking there was no mention about the breakfast. Nothing. I was assuming it was included but given that there was not comment (either inclusion or exclusion) it was deemed excluded. I did not like the lack of clarity, I guess this is rather related to the booking system and not the property.

This chateau is in a great location and in a stunning setting. The room was comfy and the staff very friendly and professional.

Beautiful. Loved it so much, we didn’t see a lot of the surrounding area - we just enjoyed the hotel facilities. Pool , tennis, parkland for walks and runs. The restaurant (outside) was great and also the tomatoes and dahlias, not to mention the expo of the medicinal doctor. Very cool place! Decor of rooms also lovely!

This hotel was absolutely amazing right from the moment you pull up to it. We have stayed in many hotels over the years and this is one of the most memorable. The staff was excellent, the view was great, food was great, and walking around the grounds was a really enjoyable experience, can highly recommend.

The Chateau and the surrounding grounds were so beautiful. Our room was amazing with lovely views of the gardens. We had a marvellous breakfast and then spent most of the day enjoying the grounds. We had a lovely lunch in the tomato restaurant, this was one of the highlights of our holiday.
