“A gem in the small town of Montivault”
This is a gem in a little town around 6kms from Chateau Chambord. It was a wonderful experience with Claire providing a homemade and drinks for our arrival. She also organised a booking in a restaurant just 100m away. Claire couldn't be more helpful and such an interesting person. It was a pleasure having a shower in which we could move. No tiny cubicle which is so common in France

We only stayed for one night but would love to have stayed for longer. The owner/host was extremely generous and helpful and the room was superb. Breakfast in the garden was wonderful also. The location is very convenient to use as a base for visiting the great chateaux. The garden is very secure and we felt totally happy leaving our bike there. Thank you Claire.

“Couldn’t fault anything”
Claire provided us with a warm welcome. There was secure parking and everything was thought of and available. The location is excellent close by to two restaurants and the Chambord Chateau is only a few KMs drive away. The bed was very comfortable and a fantastic breakfast was provided. “Splendid, relaxing”
Fabulous breakfast spread, with 100% bio/organic products. Nothing is too much for Claire, who also has many interesting stories to tell, especially about her rich and varied life. Very peaceful and a good feeling about the house and garden. Very nice, big bed.

Breakfast was brilliant. We even cooked our own breakfast . Claire was very kind to accomodate that for us. SHe even took us around to the river side and we had glass of wine with her firend by the river. Overall it was an awesome feel @ home experience with Claire. Love you Claire ! Come to India soon and we would love to host you !

“A lovely little Chambre D’hôte with a very friendly, generous owner, in this picturesque village.”
The owner is a delightfully friendly and considerate lady Private off- street parking. Lovely cottage with own garden A small town, quiet. The property was opposite the church. Michelin star restaurant one hundred yards away! Breakfast was excellent.
