Set on a 6-hectare estate, Chateau De La Resle - Design Hotels is a luxury bed and breakfast located in the Burgundy region, a 10-minute drive from Auxerre and Chablis. It offers a heated outdoor pool, a fitness room and panoramic views of the Montigny la Resle Valley. The rooms at the Chateau De La Resle are decorated with period furniture and contemporary art. Everything…the property itself has been meticulously restored. the staff cannot do enough for you and are always available on WhatsApp..if you stay here, do not leave the property for dinner..Ruben the chef 🧑🍳 is world class..we’ve been in France 4 weeks and the dinners were the best we’d had anywhere, we’d go back just for dinner.

Secluded location. Beautiful grounds. Delightful staff nothing was too much trouble. Would have love to eaten in restaurants but sadly not open evening we were there. But staff so helpful at booking else where or doing meat/cheese platter which was great. Loved honesty bar & lounge.

“Quiet luxury and peace of mind”
The whole property and it’s belongings are very stylish, very well equipped and super cosy. Very quiet at all times. Lovely pool. Staff is fantastic- the lady host was warm and nice. The only thing- keep in mind that late check ins or early check outs may cause some inconvenience, so consider these circumstances before booking. Otherwise- the Chateau de la Resle is a fantastic option when discovering Chablis.

The Chateau was unbelievably fabulous! Everything about it was wonderfull. The perfect destination to relax and reset. The weather was hot and the pool was the perfect place to be.
