Overview
La Roseraie Hôtel Restaurant is set in a 19th century bourgeois mansion alongside the Vezere River, in the village of Montignac. The swimming pool set in the huge 6000 m²-garden, the fragrant 100 year-old rose garden, the terrace by the water, the ever-present historical heritage; everything was designed to provide a comfortable setting away from the hassles and hustle of everyday life. The air-conditioned rooms feature a TV with satellite channels, a telephone, safety deposit box and a desk. The en suite bathrooms include a hairdryer and free toiletries. Breakfast is served every morning at La Roseraie Hôtel Restaurant and includes a wide variety of products, such as fresh fruit, bread, pastries, yoghurts, cheese and ham. The property's restaurant and its chef Hugo Longis serve savory meals prepared with local produce.

Beautiful romantic well-kept old house. We parked in the square outside. High quality of food and service. Beautiful rooms clean and tastefully furnished in a period style. Very nice old village and close to the caves. We can highly recommend this wonderful little hotel

A lovely country hotel with lots of charm. The staff were friendly and attentive. The food in the restaurant was excellent and we dined in twice for our 4 night stay. A great location for exploring the area and only 5 minutes from the Lascaux IV visitor centre.

“The perfect local hotel”
The place is beautiful and well kept, it has a lovely riverside spot with a quaint garden that is perfect in the evenings. The restaurant is well worth a visit and local dishes are recommended. We are already planning to return.

The interior is amazing. The swimming pool and garden were clean, quiet and lovely. The location is great; next to the river and a lot of things to do in the surrounding area. The room was small but nice and clean. We had a lovely time here.

Charming hotel by the riverside located off town square in a very pretty French town. Lovely characterful property. Staff very friendly and helpful. One of the best meals we had in France. Felt very lucky that on the night we stayed there was a festival in the town. Made for an unforgettable night

“A lovely traditional French hotel with an excellent restaurant and in a great location”
A lovely, typically French hotel. Madame made us very welcome. We had dinner in the restaurant. It was exceptional. If you are looking for simple food, pizza, burgers etc this is not for you. But if you are looking for a memorable meal, full of flavour and different textures, this is a great place and , at 38 euros, I think that's correct, great value. We had not been to Montignac before. It's a lovely town and the hotel is perfectly located. Lots of free parking next to the hotel. We really enjoyed our stay and will plan to return.

“Wonderful upmarket hotel in a quiet part of the historic village close to amenities.”
The hotel is located near the historic centre of the village; it is very easy to find. It is located near to restaurants, shops and other facilities. There are free car parks adjacent to hotel and easily accessible. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was extremely comfortable with good facilities. The hotel itself is superb and is very pleasant with a wonderful ambiance. It has a large bar and restaurant, a terrace and other facilities. The breakfast on was lovely with a great choice of food and beverages. 11/10!

“Fantastic, the ultimate French experience.”
In the middle of Montignac, with a private garden and pool, lies this gem. The breakfast en restaurant are great. The service is excellent, the owners do everything to make your stay the best possible.

“Lovely hotel and great location. Such a pretty place.”
Great staff and lovely restaurant. I must mention the lady manager, my wife and I have recently had some health issues and she was exceptional and really took good care of us.
