Tucked among 1,300 acres of lakes and pine forests in the Catskill Mountains of upstate New York, YO1 Longevity & Health Resorts, Catskills is a state-of-the-art wellness center promoting holistic Indian healing therapies through Ayurveda, Naturopathy, yoga and acupuncture. All guest rooms and suites include a rain/steam shower, a towel warmer and a flat-screen cable TV. Guests will have access to our indoor pool and hot tub, fitness center, steam, sauna, free breakfast and health museum. beautiful hotel structure, equipped with many comforts and with the possibility of practicing yoga and similar activities, enjoying massages, practicing physical activity in a large, clean and well-equipped gym. hotel immersed in the greenery of a beautiful forest overlooking the lake and with the possibility of going for walks or bicycle rides. excellent and plentiful breakfast. friendly, welcoming and professional staff. A 5-minute drive from the town of Monticello.

The Breakfast was ok - for a wellness based center they could have had more gluten free options The Location was idyllic - a beautiful spread of property in the Catskills with a gorgeous lake and beautiful giant trees. There was a problem with our room so they upgraded us to this giant executive suite. It was really appreciated and a super nice room. The pool was nice and the steam rooms and saunas were pretty nice once we got them working. It was a nice quiet weekend getaway which was all we were looking for.

“Best Hotel I have ever stayed at for this price point; Exeptional!!”
There was absolutely nothing to complain about. The entire facility has a calming effect. The whole property was immaculate. The restaurant is 100% Vegan which could be an issue for some.
