“Easy to access, modern, comfortable and with plenty of places to enjoy nearby”
My little modern apartment was perfect for the 2 days I was there. It had everything I needed: mini kitchen, laundry and even a private balcony! Just down the street a block is an intersection with some restaurants (fancier and fast food), a convenience store, tabac, pharmacy, and boulangerie. It's like a mini town with a little bit of everything. And there are many bus lines servicing the area so it was easy for me to get to the Gare Avignon and Avignon TGV stations.

“Very average”
You can not really call it an appartment, it is very bery tiny. Windows are blocked by plants (ground floor), you have no vue whatsoever, also no terrace (a tiny concrete slab). This is ok for a 1 night stayover but not more than that. Pool was very very crowded.
