A beautiful hotel with fantastic sunset views. The reception staff were fantastic, friendly and so helpful. Rooms very comfortable and spacious and worth paying the extra for one of the high rooms giving the great views. Restaurant is good for evening meal and breakfast, if a bit expensive but there are plenty of good local restaurants nearby in easy walking distance. Quite a steep walk down into town - and even steeper on the way back. Plenty of parking.

“The hotel property is exactly how the show on the website.”
Paola , the receptionist is very helpful, however we arrived late and there was an issue with our reservation and there was no manager available to fix the problem. The manager was not willing to speak to us over the phone and solved the problem. Very disappointed with the hotel management!

“Great rooms, location and access to adventure deals”
Great room on the highest level with views right over Monteverde but I imagine it could be tough if you have mobility issues. The room was massive and the access to discounted rates at the Salvetura adventure park was well worth it. We only had breakfast in the hotel and eat all other meals in town particularly The Green and Choco Cafe both just down the road.
