A beautiful hotel, with a stunning small and heated pool area which had the vibe/feel of a wellness. We loved the atmosphere the interior designer created! The grounds and garden were perfectly maintained! We really liked our spacious garden room and bathroom. We also enjoyed the breakfast buffet and the view into the garden from the breakfast buffet.

Its location is excellent with fabulous views of the sunset. A good range of facilities. Well designed and able to cope with all weathers (it was rainy, windy and sunny all at the same time!) Staff were incredibly helpful and arranged great excursions/guides for us before we arrived. Good breakfast. Would definitely recommend this hotel to others. We made use of the reasonably priced laundry service - very efficient.

The hotel is beautiful, we were blown away on arrival. The outside areas + fire pits and the pool are lovely as was the jacuzzi. The sunset views from the terrace were stunning and most mornings we were greeted by rainbows. It’s located directly across the road from a good supermarket, and a couple of decent restaurants. The bar staff do a great Negroni and all the staff (as with almost everywhere in Costa Rica) were exceptionally helpful and friendly.

It was very luxurious, and very friendly staff. There was a mix up with our room due to Booking, and the staff fixed it very well. We got a free upgrade to the best room in the hotel Omelet at the breakfastvwas very good!

We enjoyed our stay at hotel Poco a poco. We had a hot tub in our room which we loved and the room was very clean with good facilities. We organised trips through the hotel which were very good quality. Unfortunately our transport did not turn up for one of our morning cloud forest tours which meant we missed it, however reception helped up to organise an alternative bus to the reserve.

The pool and hot tub was fun. The dining room had good food. The bedding and bed was good.

A satisfactory three night stay. The rooms are modern and clean with just about enough space for our family of four. We had three breakfasts and one dinner during our stay. All the food was excellent although the dinner was a little overpriced. The pool area and hot tub are very nice.
