“Excellent stay in Monteverde”

Freddy was very friendly and helpful. He helped arrange a shuttle service to one of the national parks for us that we ended up using multiple times that day. The breakfasts were delicious and the room was clean and comfortable. Would absolutely stay again.

“Brilliant BnB”

Freddy's place was brilliant, lovely friendly staff who are happy to help with any questions you have. Freddy was happy to book transport to and from nation parks and transfer to the airport which picked us up at BnB and dropped us directly outside SJO! Breakfast at Freddy's was also amazing! It's a good location if you are happy to walk a bit. Quiet, comfortable. Overall very happy!

We stayed for two nights. The breakfast menu had a small variety of dishes to choose from and breakfast was amazing, I wanted the recipes. Freddy's was the only place out of three other places we stayed at that had a mini fridge/ freezer. We were able to bring leftovers back and have cold drinks. Thanks

The breakfast was like eating in a luxurious restaurant. Room was cleaned every day. Location was perfect for us. Very nice and helpful host

Freddy and his family are lovely and made us feel welcome. The room was spacious and comfy and it was very clean as well as being cleaned and made up every day. The breakfast was really delicious! The location was great (but hilly!) for getting around even without a car.

Fresh breakfast food quality, not like a lot of places, where it's made then put on a hot plate, it was cooked whist you ate your fresh fruit and drank hot coffee or tea, and the friut was freshly prepared, no faults good value

“Gem of a place in Santa Elena”

Amazing breakfast made by Freddy and his team. Freddy was really welcoming and extremely helpful. He helped in assisting with excursions! The bed was very comfortable and the hot shower after all the excursions was perfect! The location is really good too!

Location was walking distance to town. Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfasts were amazing! So beautiful.

breakky was definitely a highlight! Super delicious! The rooms are very clean and comfy, we enjoyed our stay! Freddy, the host is most helpful in giving tips on what to do and making reservations. He is also a great chef :)

The property was clean and comfortable and it also has a great shower. I arrived slightly early but was able to check-in and then Freddy helped me book the activities I wanted to do and gave some great tips for exploring the area. The hotel is just a short walk up the hill from the main centre and had plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby. Freddy was a great host and also made a delicious breakfast.

Lovely staff, very friendly. Quiet location at night. Ample options for breakfast, which were delicious. Close to Treetopia and Refuge reserve. Located on a hill, be prepared for steep hill walk from town centre.

Was farther than realized from main town but still was able to walk there. Breakfast was great. Freddy and family were very nice.

Place is super nice! I liked the fact, that is not in the busy center and you can walk there in a few minutes. The staff is really sweet and helpful. It definitely had the best and most beautiful :) breakfast I had in Costa Rica! My favorite place during this journey!

Nice family owned B&B. Location of the B&B was quite close to the city centre and all the parks nearby. Breakfast was delicious, a good range of options to choose from.
