Amazing view of the forest,very modern and spacious rooms and excellent restaurant!!there are also two trails for hiking inside the hotel area which is very practical, as you need to drive by car otherwise. We had breakfast,lunch and dinner,all delicious and very friendly staff.

Nice quiet area, beautiful garden en view from the restaurant. Delicious food, better than expected and exceeded our expectations. We had dinner two nights before at the four season what we did not like. Boena was a lot better!!

Large and clean rooms with exceptionally large bathroom. The restaurant balcony has a superb vista, perfect for sunset and for watching the hummingbirds. The ecological ethos of the resort is compelling. Fabulous restaurant staff.

Terrible experience. On approach the GPS took us down a road that was dangerous. Roadworks in progress on an inaccessible road.. Causing real risk to our well being as well as enormous stress when we became bogged down on beach sand on a steep hill with no way back. The experience was awful. The staff were rude and offensive. No apology offered. Only excuses that were ridiculous. And offensive. We did not feel safe staying in that property. We left after losing many hours arising from their deeply unpleasant unprofessional conduct and found a hotel elsewhere where we felt safe and welcome. We paid over $800 dollars for two nights. We expect 1) a full refund of our payment along with 2) the proposal for damages for the risk they placed us in. Sending us to a dangerous road in which we became stuck and concerned for our safety. The room they showed when we eventually got to this remote property was misrepresented. It was a ground floor room with a view of lawn and a line of tree trunks. We loved the location of the lodge, the zip-line is just above (3 min walk) and the animal night tour starts at the lodge (the tour guide was very knowledgeable). The room was clean and nice, dinner by the fire fancy and cosy. The breakfast was exceptionally good.
