Lovely studio apartment with a generous host. You can see wildlife from the window. Close to the town center.

Fantastic location, walkable everywhere in Santa Elena, with nice view of trees and towards the Gulf. The studio has everything for a few nights stay, including a cooker, kettle, coffee and sugar, and is very clean. Oscar is lovely and helped us with everything we needed, even a reusable bag to bring food shopping!

Well equipped with a balcony overlooking forest with many birds and monkeys. Restaurants and shops close by. Public bus stop to Monteverde and Curi Cancha reserves nearby. Very useful as we didn't have a car.

“A fantastic place to stay in Santa Elena.”

What a great place to stay. The big window and balcony look out over a stream and trees that a troupe of Capuchin monkeys sometimes visit. It's a short walk to everything in Santa Elena. Comfortable bed, nicely equipped little kitchen with a coffee maker and blender and microwave and stove top. Oscar is the the nicest guy. I didn't want to leave!

Beautiful accommodation with all amenities.The kitchen is well facilitated, all the needs are thought of. Coffee is provided, adequate utensils are available. The bathroom is beautiful with a good shower. Amazing view from the balcony of the forest, you may also get visited by the monkeys. Very close to all the Monteverde attractions.

Quiet, clean, comfortable. Had everything we needed, plus monkeys knocking on the windows in the morning 🐒

The host, Oscar was very friendly. The location was fantastic allowing us to walk to several places, *but it was close for everywhere we wanted to drive/ visit. The monkeys in the window were an absolute highlight!!! We were thrilled with how clean the place was. People could definitely stay much longer than we did. What a great set up.

This was.my 4th time staying with Rose Mary & Oscar, they always make me feel so welcome and at home The apartment is always equipped with everything you could need, walking distance to downtown Santa Elena and the bus station Very secure too, I'll definitely be back

“Central Location”

The hosts were very friendly. They left us some eggs, bananas, coffee, butter and jam in the kitchen and also provided a reusable bag for grocery shopping. The place is super clean and the location is perfect. Only minutes to walk to grocery stores, coffee shops and restaurants. The back deck is very private and looks over a part of the rainforest allowong us to see all sorts of animals and birds. The shower is superb with plenty of warm water.

The owner was super kind and caring. Comfortable and well equipped room with great view on the trees (and monkeys :)).

the location is the best, 3 min walking from the center. great value for money and super kind staff. the waited us until night for check in. they also had treats at the arrival.

Everything was clean and the accommodation had all the things we needed. There were a lot of thoughtful details added such as a first aid kit and a reusable shopping bag.

“Perfect gem Ok”

Squeaky clean throughout the apartment. Location 5 minutes walk from centre and close to the restaurants. Balcony was excellent for bird watching. Apartement was more than well equipped even had fresh coffee, biscuits, eggs, butter and jam in the fridge. First aid kit in the bathroom was perfect for my hiking blisters...

Comfy, clean, easy to excess. Every morning we had special guests for breakfast (monkeys or squirrels on the balkony).
