the location- very close to atm, supermarket, restaurants and shops the outdoor spaces and how well the equiped the kitchen was. The easy acces to all the tours and how they help you finding everything. The clean and comfortable bed

Cute family run place in a great location. Friendly host and hot drinks available all day which was a nice treat. Well equipped kitchen and what looked like a nice lounge area, however, there were restrictions on usage of all communal areas (only advised after booking/arrival) and the Wifi in the bedroom was weak - these points made our stay less comfortable/ideal particularly in the evenings. The host recommendation for the Soda La Amistad was brill.

The grounds were beautiful with all the plants and flowers. Staff were welcoming and helpful. Our room was comfortable, and we had hot water in the shower.The location was very close to a grocery store and many restaurants. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Excellent location, quiet place, very friendly staff, delicious fruit and jam for breakfast. The owner of the hotel was friendly and helpful, got us good tours, we recommend El Tigre Waterfalls.

The staff are amazing, the room is quiet and the location is tucked away from the busy town, but close enough s you can walk everywhere. The kitchen is really cool and the whole decoration of the hotel is really good- an excellent find in this wonderful town. I would 100% return here.

It is a good location for the restaurants of St Elena. The staff (the owners) were helpful in arranging tours. Breakfasts were good if a little expensive.
